Hi Support,
I just received order #A10234 (Wireless Headphones) and the right earcup is cracked; it doesn’t power on. The outer box arrived dented as well. Could you help with a quick replacement? Happy to share photos if needed. I’d love to receive the replacement before the weekend, if possible.
